Removed wipers for a freshening up, put some masking tape on the glass so they went back in the same position.

....So we're workin' on the floor and beds in the rear. Got 900 sq. ft of laminate flooring for free from a friend, so I'm using it. Not ideal for wet ATV's but it's free. Takes a while to paint/clear everything, shop is only 10x18' out side measurements....a couple of pieces at a time. Trimming out with 1x1 aluminum angle and some aluminum checker plate I had kickin' around. The short pieces of angle with holes drilled into it will be used to anchor beds to walls, S/S screws and carriage bolts. Still workin' on the hinges for the doors and bed tops...off set Z shape. The folded up pieces of fabric on the table are Mosey Oak curtains for the two sides and front windshield....the old man made the table top, it's hallow to lighten it up a bit. With the couch folded down into a bed you can reach the table, can seat six with no problem. Found an old license plate frame and covered it with reflective black and green, the plate I'll be using is off a kit car VW buggy I sold a few years back. No shortage of sanding and painting at this point. I'm in the middle of taping around the edges of the walls to silicone the gaps....it'll almond rubber trim/molding to seal the back from the front in case we get into some stinky mud, been there. Inside the walls will be the $#itter on the left and sink on the right. The front door will swing in and lock against the sink and the rear will swing in and lock against the toilet like a hall way to the rear of bus...hope that makes sense.
The beds are sitting low on top of the wheel wells, one ATV will be parked on top of the bed and the other behind on the floor....still have to remove the rear of the bus for access. Probably next spring, crazy busy with my two jobs.

So we got the doors finished and installed...routered edges, clear coat and paint on both sides, hinges made, locks created. Hinges were made from 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" x 1/8" angle and 1" x 1/8" piano hinges, trimmed one edge of the hinge and welded together in S/Z shape, drilled and painted...rounded corners to match doors, stainless screws. Locks were made from misc stainless hardware lying around.... nuts [British thread] , rod, bolts, flat bar and a couple plated hitch pins. There's holes drilled in the rod for the hitch pins if you really need to lock the doors. Made a counter, cabinet and shitter out of 3/4" pine veneered plywood...cleared outside and painted on the inside [exterior products on everything]. The cupboard Handles/latches are RV that lock. The mirror is a piece of 14 gauge mirror stainless steel. Found a cheap 12 volt RV tap that'll work fine for washing hands/face/brushing teeth sorta thing. A 5 gallon pail for fresh water and one for grey...emergency use for the most part. A pail for the toilet as well. We stay mostly in camp sites with comfort stations or at friends cottages. We were going to buy a Natures Head, couldn't justify the cost for the amount we'd use it.
I found some RV hooks for holding blinds in place, cut one of the tabs off so it would fit under the wire chase and I could use the screws already there. Installed grommets on the top edges of the curtains.... didn't want curtains hanging 24/7. They store neatly folded up in a plastic tote under the set and hang in under 5 min.

Finally found a decent seat for the passenger side ...air ride from an '08 Sterling [needs a cleaning]. Will be working on a pedestal for it to sit on over the winter.

Over the winter worked on the pedestal for the passenger seat, can't have legs dangling in the stair case. So we made the proto type out of plywood and steel angle. The 30" sliders came out of a high end, big shot's office desk 14 years ago.... finally found a use for them. Once we test fit a couple of times, bought some aluminum 3x3x3/16" angle and 1/8" checker plate and redid it. So far without bolting it down yet we've only come into one problem...handle's in the wrong spot. Undo the one screw, rotate 180, re drill, and Bob's your uncle....or aunt.

Got the lids finished for the rear beds, hinges painted, installed and ATV tie downs in place. Still going to put grip tape on top of the beds so I slide into the wall. I have a cat walk off a Western Star...I think....that will be cut into two 10x24" pieces that will hook on the edge of beds for ramps.

Found a couple of plastic antlers for towel and sheet paper rack.

Have a new seat belt that needs to be installed for the passenger and some paint to touch up.

Working on seat belts for the bench and booth, then bolt everything down.
Next thing would be a 12 volt power source for the tap.....for the bare minimum to get this thing going, fingers crossed.
