Seneca brand at $25.00 per carton is what I smoke. They do have cheaper brands and unpackaged brands cheap as $10.00 a carton.

Today I removed the rear wheels, removed the calipers, pulled the hubs, replaced the rotors, seals, calipers and pads. Done this many times, but doing it on my own vehicle makes it fun?

Cool deal. I've never seen disc brakes with a cast spoke hub.
Good tip on lubing the bearings. If you can't lube them like you did, we'll sit the opposite wheel up on some cribbing to let the oil work it's way over to the dry bearings. I've also seen on some hubs where one of the axle shaft bolts were drilled through into the hub, which allowed you to push a quart of gear lube into the hub after the hub, bearings and axle shaft were all installed.
Christopher, aligning the cast wheels isn't hard, just takes a special technique. It helps if you put a drop of oil on the lug studs and between the nut and clamp. Then you mount the wheels and tighten all the clamps a little at a time, centering it as you go, then once it runs true, you tighten the lug nuts in steps to spec, which is 160 for 5/8" studs and 200 for 3/4" studs.

I just haven’t gotten the hang of the rear with the spacer and such.. body strength is prob an issue for me when working with 11r22.5, I just may not be getting the inner on correctly to start

Truing up Dayton wheels is a pain and you almost never get the PERFECT, but it takes awhile.

Parking brake cable is replaced! I did not take pics or make a video, but if I did the entire video would be nothing but bleeped out cuss words. The hardcore rear brake overhaul was easier than replacing this dreaded cable. 3 hours fiasco for a simple cable.

I set the inner rim and then the spacer. I then place the outer rim on and use my foot to keep the bottom pushed in. I place all the wedges and nuts and use a 1/2" impact to slowly tighten one upper, then one lower nut. I spin the wheels using a socket on the floor next to the outside tire to visualize the offset. Use the impact orEVEN HAND TOOLS TO SLOWLY TIGHTEN each nut by tightening and spinning to make them true.
I think there is a "slow hand science" to truing up these wheels.

Haha that's awesome!
So do chalk that one up to pure determination or pigheaded?
