Sweet! Where did you get it? What motor is in it? I had looked at getting one of those one time. I was going to put three bunks in the back, a small kitchenette thing, a couch and maybe a chair. I was going to put a roof deck on top too! For legality issues, I'm thinking all that you have to do is remove the stop sign and flashing lights.

Laws vary from state to state. Ask at your local DMV and State Troopers offices. They can tell you what applies to your state.

You're going to get 63 different answers on this board. That's 50 states, 10 Canadian Provinces, and 3 Canadian Territories. Check with the DMV and then verify with a Trooper as to what they might look for. Also...make sure you won't have problems in any state you go to. Out of state plates offer some immunity, but are not fool proof.

I bought it from Vandalia bus lines. its a 92 Vandura with a carpenter conversion. It has a 6.2 diesel. It has dual wheels in the back too. there is some rust on the bottom that kinda worries me but i dont know much about cars so its possible im worrying about nothing. Ill look into the laws from the DMV and the troopers.

Hey Neighbor. I am surprised that you live in the great province of Troy. You'll find that Troy's finest will definately give you the look see. I know, the give me the look see every time I drive through. Give me a holler sometime and we can get together.

Answers on your questions will vary so much from not only the state to state dmv's but the employees as well. I had my title changed over to a RV while it was still yellow.
