Our first bus conversion

This is the posts to share our first bus conversion - the mistakes me made from this bus are helping us with our new conversion.
Our first bus was a 1999 International 3800 Blue Bird. We built it on the CHEAP with junkyard parts. Here is it's transformation.
This was built all over about 2 years, a move to another house, and a partial finger amputation. We were able to sell this bus for a profit and are starting on the new bus very soon. Thanks for looking.
Current Bus - 2001 International 3800 IC - DT466e Allison 5 Speed Automatic - Still Yellow
Previous Bus - 1999 International 3800 Blue Bird DT444 AT545 Allison Automatic - SOLD
First Bus - 1993 Ford Econoline Shuttle Bus - Scrapped

I like it. You did some quality work on it you can tell, digging that drivers control panel. I can see myself getting hooked on bus building. In fact I'm pretty sure I'll put my future project up for sale once its finished, though I'll set the price high enough I get to enjoy it for a while first :P Then on to the next with bigger better ideas and a lot of knowledge of what I could have done better.
