Looks like a good plan. I think you might want to research this a little farther.

This will be more then enuff paint for my large skoolie, from the sounds of it i will have a fair amount left for future touch ups or other uses around the ranch. The insulating micro-beads will be used on the POR15 flooring paint.

The way I read their info and from GlennC's site I think you will need much more than 1 gal Also is POR15 actually paint? Will it accept the micro-beads, or be effective with them added?

I did a search for "Natura Vinyl Plank Flooring" and didn't get any hits. If it is this http://www.armstrong.com/flooring/luxury-vinyl.html it looks really nice. My only question would be about expansion and contraction of the sub floor,at the seams, due to the nature of a bus with a lot of and wide range of temperature changes. I had been thinking of using an engineered floor that "floats" and isn't fastened to the sub floor. Expansion and contraction is at the edges. I put it in the house and am well pleased with it, even after 4 years.

My plans are to lay the sub floor over the whole area, then do the built in stuff, then lay the "pretty" floor only over the areas not covered by built in stuff.
