So here's just about the most recent pics in my phone.
Last week I got my paperwork together with NYS and had the bus on the road for a few days. Drove from Scranton pa to Rochester NY without any issues. Once home to ny I used the bus as my daily driver commuting to work and pooping out to the bar in the evenings.
It was nice to get some driving practice after working on the project for almost 5 years now. Prior to this last week I had only driven it 3 times for less than 7 or so hours.
Prep work the weekend before included, oil and filter change, fuel filters, power steering fluid top off, heater cores filled and bled, all zurch fittings greased. In addition, we installed the back-up/rear view camera and airirde seat.
The plan was to get an inspection done up in NY however Penny did fail the inspection... For what I feel like is nit-picking reasons... A dead bulb in the marker light and hood mirrors were "loose". Oh well, compliments from the tech on the roof raise so I'll take that as a win.

Got the last of the base cabinets in over thanksgiving. Stained the cabs to match the RV fridge door panels. Got the countertop substrate cut to size. Oven and sink fit to counter top and cabs. Had to fabricate the little filler cabinet and faceframe to the left of the stove.
Let me know if pics aren't displaying for people? I posted them to imgur galleries and are pasting the links for each pic into the thread. Still have some older photos to go through. But this is pretty much how she looks.
Sorry for scrambling pics all over the place and not really keeping the thread in chronological build order.
feel free to ask me any questions or tell me i screwed up somewhere.
Thanks to anyone that has looked and or commented.

Absolutely beautiful job! No opinion on the inverter except to say I've selected mine based on capacity (2x or better than what I need). That way the device should last for years.
Another point about solar, battery, charge controller and inverter-I wish one brand did all those components well. I have Renogy, a DIY battery, and Daly (for the BMS) and Victron (smartshunt). Three apps and counting to keep track of things....all are deficient in one way or another.
'Cept my DIY battery!

oh boy, that seems frustrating with all those different app controllers. Wonder if there is a way to get a cheap tablet and just install all the power management apps. Kinda like a big tv remote haha. could probably use it for other smart home functions too.

I have to adjust the hinges and latches again but they are back on and they close, Leaning towards either black or Stainless Steel/Chrome cabinet pulls.

What is your ceiling material? FRP? Did you need to attach it to the roof, or does its natural curve keep it up by itself?

Yes, frp. I used liquid nails on my longitudinal furring strips. Pushed the panel up, and I pin nailed the short edges. The finish edge molding hides the pin nails. Occasionally I did use a pin nail where it sagged. You could you kicker sticks or supports to push it into the furring strips as the glue dries. First sheet is tough. Transition sheet is tougher.. once you have the first sheet up, the mid panel joiner track helps support and guide the second sheet.
I will admit. The install is a bit annoying. Handling 4 x 7 ft sheets of 1/8" material over head while fiddling around with the edge trim is tricky. But so is everything in a skoolie.
I might have footage of the install... Motivate me to make a YouTube video.

Well, I ended up getting dropped from AllState a few weeks ago. So, I called some local insurance reps and put them to work. I got a StateFarm agent working on a policy for me now. She said it needed to "Appear Completed". She noted a couple of things the underwriters wanted to see. None of which included photos of the electric or life support systems....
So here is a teaser pic of how Penny looks. I have a call with the agent in a few hours. Ill report back hopefully with good news and give ya'll the rest of Penny's glamour shots.
