How they managed to flatten all the heater core fins under a seat cushion is beyond me. It took a long time to get t hem somewhat back to normal.

To get the windows out I cut the sealant on the outside. Then used a screwdriver to get the top loose then pulled HARD. That is not an easy job.

After I had the rubber removed from the floor I used a wire brush on a small grinder to remove the old sealant where the walls meet the floor and the floor seams. Use protective equip ment, believe m e. It does a great job.

Some more pics.
Man, this is getting to be too much like work. I've been cutting the insulation for the roof into strips and putting a bevel on them because of the curve of the roof. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the coating of fiberglass on the sheets. I've been using the table saw and jig saw and end up getting coated with fiberglass. ITCHY! I keep telling myself it will be worth it in the end. It sure makes a mess inside the bus too. Plus it has been below zero or in the single digits and then in the teens during the day. I wish it wasn't so chilly. I'll just keep plugging away. [URL=http://s428.photobucket.com/user/TheHappyBus/media/IMG_0109_zpslm0oszco.jpg.html]

Hi go00nascar. My bus is a 1999 BB TC2000 with a 5.9 Cummins. I'm in the same boat as you with the cold. We are supposed to have a heat wave tomorrow in the mid forties. The weather said next week we will get the coldest temps. of the season and we've already been below zero so it doesn't look too promising. I'm sure you know what I mean as you normally get it a day or so before I do. I'll do my best to keep plugging away. I still have lots to do before the roof raise. If you need anything holler.

I just seen pictures of your bus, the difference between yours and mine is the name badge
And that Crow above the drivers window.lol
Really you are coming along nicely. I sure wish I was that far. I think I will get me one of those long air chisels..it's worth the money with time saved..plus maybe you could sell it to the next guy that is doing a conversion, get some money back and help a new skoolie.

Wow, I'm impressed you really have been busy. From the pics looks like the weather has been in your favor..
Get that call you been waiting on? If not you can stay busy, or it sure looks like you can.
Keep the pictures coming.
