More little details finished... Installed a CB, finished my intercooler install and routed new boost gauge tubing, finished out the area where my furnace is (need pics, sorry!), installed an actual sub amp for my subs so I could get rid of the monstrosity of a reciever I was using as an amp, and a few other odds and ends. The car amp was fun. Since it is a typical 12 volt car stereo amp, it needs the 12 volt remote signal telling it to turn on. My onkyo reciever obviously does not have a 12 volt output, so I took a 12 volt adapter/charger from some long lost electronics and caught the end off. Wired the positive to the remote turn on terminal on the amp and the negative to the amps ground. I then plugged it into the back of my reciever and walla, remote 12 volt signal to turn on the sub amps
Sounds soooo much better, as the old Harmon Kardon reciever I was using to power my subs was severely underpowered. 5 days!!
