Re: Project Niles Skoolie

The white "sample" rig with the stainless basement storage is one very cool unit. Easy too see why you were inspired by it. I'd love to see more of it. Is there a "build thread" anywhere about how/who put it together?

Re: Project Niles Skoolie

I found the photos of that one on Pirate 4x4 ( http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/general- ... tions.html )
So far I have not seen a build thread on it. There are a lot of nice toy haulers. Most of my friends use goose neck trailers and convert them to living / haulers. I can't see myself offroading too many more years so i would rather the comfort and customization of something i can explore with.

That is a great looking bus indeed. I don't know what type of business they're in, but that stainless around the bottom must have cost them a fortune. Have you seen the price of a sheet of stainless lately? Don't look if you don't want to be shocked.

Re: Project Niles Skoolie

Awesome I hope you guys get one!!!! its so much like Christmas as a kid lol.

So was up to the trucking yard today and she is dug out and ready for delivery tomorrow. I didn't get to see the sides where it was parked before so i wanted to inspect it before i paid the final amount. All looks good. in total it came it 3940.00 wich included taxes and 300 for delivery fee but i got a hole second set of tires and 3 extra heavy duty batteries and jumping cables to attach them all together. If anyone is in the Ontario area a great bunch of guys very helpful.

It will be here in t minus 10 hours... so excited can you tell lol
