wow looks good, glad you got it home. now heres what I can tell you what I had to do, Im in ontario too, I got my from iron range buse lines that supply all the buses in my neck of the woods, It was 100kms from my home. I got insurance that would be good for a year so that i could convert it but it had to be done in that time frame, I had the pink card with me, I got the paper work for the bus, it was saftied all ready , whent over to the mto office and regestered as a motorhome, no problem, put the plates on and drove it home
when i had conversion done I had to get a inspection done for the propane and a appraisal done. this all for insurance they can be real jerks, they wanted to charge us $1800. for year after the converstion, we called around and most companies wont insure converted school buses, we did started to panic then we got incontact with allstate the said they insure us if we gave them a car as well no problem gave them the bus DW van my truck and the house best deal around, but they where out to lunch for our motorcycles so they are with TD Insurance. so you better check your insurance, I have told other people to go to allstate, and they said they wont insure them
Also, if you did not get the saftey with you bus, I suggest you do it before you start modifying anything on the bus.
where abouts are you? Im north of thunderbay
