Ha ha ..... Yup ers Señor Stewart .. We are under a storm warning tonight again !. Niles is just movin along & to rub it in I've been told was wearing shorts today .
No idea when we will be able to get our Skoolie made for hobbits home .. Wife says those that wait will be Rewarded But she been telling me that for 21 years on Thursday lol !!!!! .

We have decided on not lowering our roof when we start the build , we will just need to work around the openness the best we can

HA! Yes, the "little house" is closer, but a little too cozy

Anywho...looking forward to seeing what you do with the steps, Niles!

Re: Project Niles Skoolie

Jake that sucks having to walk in that much snow. Although i don't have as much snow i am working outside freezing my butt off now putting the stairs in for the side door.
Its nice and cozy when i have the heater on inside the bus and all the doors closed

Thanks everyone for the compliments!

So i have still been busy working away.

Pulled the door back out and built the frame around the lower section and around the cut out flooring to attach the stairs too. its tied into the floor cross supports and is super strong and should not fall off "ever" lol.

Doing the math before i start cutting up the pieces for the stairs... ohhhh i hate math!!!

Both sides of the setups created

I have a few more side to side bars in but its ready for installation tomorrow. After this is in then i will work on sheet metal to enclose the stairs.
