May I ask where you purchased your spray foam from? That looks like the perfect option for me as well.

Directly from them, I also found a $5 off coupon online. The shipping was $130 but it turned out to be $50 bucks less than amazon.

$700 Well I focused more so below the window and that is full so about 2". The ceiling I wasn't to concerned about and have an 1" same with the front bulk head. The rear bulk head other than the lower panel that will have foam board, has around 3" on the bulkhead and 2"-2.5" on the ceiling and walls around the rear.
Reason for doing so heat rises and cold air sink I want to be efficient when running the AC. Also we will sleep in the back so hopefully that will help. I am debating on if I will put up reflectix on the ceiling but definitely will be putting in some insulation in the front bulk head to help with noise.
I also went back around the next day and used 10 cans of great stuff to touch up some spots. So technically $740

Wow! That red oak is going to look really nice! Are you sealing between the boards or letting the insulation handle that ?
Should make for a warm ceiling in winter and block a lot of heat in summer

Thank you!! No we are folding up reflectix and puting it between the foam and flooring.
I was going to add silicone to the board and rib but it seems quite solid. Going to give it a little test run up and down the street before more goes in. Just to test it to determine.

Looking good on that insulation and love that red oak. Did you get one of the 1000sf foam packages to spray it that deep?

Your insulation looked thicker than what I've seen in the past. I've always heard that the 600bf package does about 1/2" deep on walls and ceilings.
I'm planning to foam insulate my floor from underneath which should be a sticky job, then insulate the walls and ceilings like you have. With the 1000 bf package I can err on the side of excess like usual.
Nice work, I enjoy your time lapse videos.

Your going to spray under as well? I can only imagine trying to clean everything under there.

Spray?? I've painted it all if that's what you mean.
Insulation will be after the raise and windows.

I have no idea what it takes to insulate from underneath. I've seen a photo of a floor insulated from underneath once, and that didn't look like it was done with a spray foam kit. Getting soaked doing one good pressure wash of the underfloor is about all I'm willing to do. I think the foam should stick ok as long as there's no mud or oil. I've never done this before so I'm always open to suggestions.
If you've ever installed a brick venere, you remember the small ties that they nail in to the wall to hold the brick to the wall. I was thinking of affixing something to the underside of the floor, prior to spraying with foam, that would provide extra support if the foam did eventually separate from the floor over time. Haven't figured that part out yet.

ive often wondered how much insulating factor you would gain if you were to line-X or herculine underneath the bus... I know spraying a Jeep tub with spray-on bedlining like that seemed to help with cold and hot.. maybe would give some insulating and rust protection factor to the under body of a bus..

Ya I would imagine a good pressure wash or a few would be in order. From what I understand of the product the surface needs to be quite clean for it to adhere. Robin do you plan to do the whole underside or just the rear?
I would not have enough room to apply it it from the rear tires forward. It would get everywhere it shouldn't.
I also would want to have something to protect it from the elements. But I totally think that spray foam then line-x over the spray foam would be bomb.
I do wonder just how much line-x or something similar would help with noise and insulation just by itself.
Got a time lapse of the ceiling install.
