Cool Renovating and rebuilding a prior conversion

We bought a Bus! Picked up an International 466e pusher with the push button Allison transmission.
180 K miles. Bus was previously converted, but conversion was mostly removed. Came with 4 panels of solar, inverter, battery bank, 10 outlets of wiring, LED puck lights. Fully insulated floor walls and ceiling.
I removed ceiling (will replace with new), stove, sink and extra wood.
Building the bed box for a queen bed in the back as we speak, getting two bunks for kids planned out. Floor plan is very fluid yet.

Need hints and tips for getting electrical and plumbing help (I was a framer, so woodwork I can do).
