Will do!
I gave up peeing in cups, wearing name tags, and clocking in anywhere three years ago.

I cant wait to be able to collect my RR Retirement. Unfortunately the furlough process has been keeping me from claiming time.
ECCB if I didn't have 30 kitchen tables to build I would definitely come down to check out the raise and lend a hand. Cant wait to see it all wrapped up.

"I'll bring something epic to smoke!"
I assume that was a partial reason for giving up "the peeing in a cup "
routine. lol

Looks like the roof raise is on hold till next week, possibly. My sted dad never got back to me about the material and is now off till at least monday and not answering the phone.
If I can get out to the bus, cut another rib out, and get a local fab shop to make me what I need I have today and tomorrow to get it done.
Also still lacking the round tube to go around the all thread and the plates to weld the tubing to the ribs.

Nah, no moving it. We've still got plenty of bus excitement to go round!
I MAY end up pulling a miracle out my arse like every other project. I finally got word back from my stepdad. He's so grumpy and old. He's asking me when I need them by?? I actually think he may be getting senile, not even a joke or anything.
Ten years ago I could have gotten these at a moments notice with just a phone call. Now he's giving me sloppy stuff and forgetting stuff. Sucks.

To bad myself and my employer are not in Crystal River, I could have brought home all the steel needed for free or nearly free.
When we are busy we are shipping out 80 tons of fabbed steel a week.
What goes in the scrap rollback makes me cry.

Found the angle iron I'll need for the flanges of the "hat". ten foot sticks of 1/8" angle are $5 in orlando. Probably gona head out there tomorrow morning.
My stepdad is supposedly getting the channel cut and bent and the tubes for the all thread cut.
THen just need some plates or decent flat bar stock to space the allthread and sleeves back an inch or two.
Maybe it WILL all come together. Fingers crossed!

I'm about to start the second leg of my work day.
Dave- I've been told you were out there working on the bus! NICE! I'll be out there in a few hrs, sorry man. I only work a couple days a week, though.
I'll bring the all-thread and nuts today.
