Re: RV There Yet? The tale of a 92 BB TC2000

Its a Haier all in one. I got it from a college student who was graduating from Savannah College of Art & Design. She said it was a gift and she hadnt used it four years so she wasnt taking it with her. I offered her $100 and she took it. Works great and actually still had the manual and all the paperwork. Its a washer dryer combo like a splendide but doesnt require a vent.

Re: RV There Yet? The tale of a 92 BB TC2000

Started the exterior paint of the bus. I dont know about anyone else but my "School Bus" on the front and rear was actually a painted black background with yellow outline. Like the factory painted the cap black, put vinyl letters on then painted it yellow then peeled the letters off. This made it hard to cover over. In fact I had to remove the paint all the way to the bare metal in the whole area and then build it back up with primer. What a PITA.

I have fashioned a piece of wood that stops the rolling action but i wanted to discourage a tipping action as well.

Re: RV There Yet? The tale of a 92 BB TC2000

We spent the week end staining the ceiling and the walls. We also got the back up camera mounted and the wire run to the front. The wire channels proved a very good idea for this. I was able to run it entirely inside and away from the elements. I got all of the exterior led marker lights re mounted and sealed with my favorite sealant Sika Flex.

Re: RV There Yet? The tale of a 92 BB TC2000

The boards are tongue and groove and they are glued to the foam board which is glued to the metal floor. I left a gap on each side to account for swelling. We will be sanding staining and pu ting a poly on it once everything else is completed. Thank you for the complement by the way. We love it and hope to get it finished soon so we can start enjoying it!

So no new posts for quite some time. The reason is we put together a more user friendly facebook page.
