Thumbs up Sasquatters

Hello! I made an introduction post about a month ago that can be found here.

We were stuck trying to figure out how to get our recessed tracks out from our bus and I forgot about this place for a little. Anyways, we are back and we have made a lot of progress! We got the bus(s) (our friends are building theirs right next to ours) completely gutted. The floor were pristine. We got all of the holes from the tracks plugged with automotive plugs, and the floors painted.

We also got all of our social media accounts up including our very own blog! OMG OMG OMG I get so excited about all of this . So much fun. The work is well worth it. Please like our pages, follow us, subscribe, etc, etc. We will be making a ton of posts for many years to come. Our blog will included How-To tutorials as well as blogs about food, travel, and eveything else that comes along with it. We answer PMs on our pages within 24 hours and love to check out other people's builds in our area. (Carlisle, Newville, Shippensburg, Chambersburg) We even drink beer.

We love you all! Hope to see you #skooligans around.

I suppose if it's anything like a boat, it's bad luck not to name it, but then again we're moving into a bus because we don't follow traditional conventions. Thus, #skooligans

Definitely still something to consider. We have too many ideas going on at once currently. The notes on our phones are ridiculous.

I'm sure most people here have countless notebooks of notes, tons of pictures, and idea sketches scattered everywhere during their builds! My problem is I have an idea, then a better one, then j mix the two up; and end up with an "oh yeah, that's why" moment 😞

Those moments usually occur on my third time doing something. Haha fortunately we are done gutting and can start building! Earlier today I order spray foam for our walls and ceiling. I also cut out our wheel wells last week and a flat floor is getting welded in Friday afternoon so that means sub floor Saturday. Hopefully the days of doing things three times is coming to an end. The margin for error is shrinking now.
