In other news I scored a brand new never used 15ft 12volt awning today for $400.00with all arms and attaching hardware plus a spare motor

Great find!! Make sure it it properly secured. I have heard stories about awnings fully closed up that get ripped off the side of RVs due to high winds and gusts.

Watched a couple youtube video's , I think where they made their mistake was NOT putting in screws at each end of the channel

Decided yesterday to take the day off from other projects & worked on the bus, Relocated my fuel tank rearward 40 inches so I have room to mount a waste tank in front of it between the frame rails.
