Fitting it into place, had to leave for work so tomorrow I have to trim off a few inches off the front of the frame of the reel then go a little higher then make mounts for the reel.

Well the reel is in, I also have the plumbing done from grey tank to black & black tank to reel, when I install the mercerating toilet I'll plumb in with a Y fitting into the line from grey to black & install a check valve so waste doesn't back flow into grey tank. Next step is build the control panel.

Love the retro plate. These are actually easier to see than the new ones, at least in the daytime.

Finally, got some work done, since my black tank is mounted behind my right rear wheels I realized a plastic tank just wasn't going to cut it so I took a 112 gal fuel tank cut it in half long ways then trimmed another 3 in off the top half, welded in a 1 1/2in pipe for attaching the mercerating pump then welded on a 1/4in plate for the bottom. Got it mounted up almost looks like it was meant to be there.
Tank measures 60" x 20"x 7". I'm thinking about 30 to 33 gal capacity??

36.36 gallons if it's a perfect rectangle. Since the top and bottom are rounded it will be somewhat less so your 30-33 guesstimate is probably about right.

As a level 1 burglar, Bilbo got a pony when he accompanied the level 60 dwarves on the Smaug the Dragon raid. Those powerlevelers probably invited him solely so he could trigger fellowship attacks for them.

I'm not gonna have a black tank but I could see using something similar to this for a grey tank.

Smart move stencilling the words "Human Waste" on the tank.... that way anyone working around it knows what that tank is used for and can take appropriate precautions.

So, a full tank. Looks like about a 120? I had something similar in mind, if I can find one locally that isn't too expensive.

Didn't miss by much then. Either way with 100 gal fresh water capacity that would be more than adequate.

Ok, heres my Waste Management Control Panel ( WMCP)
I'm going to make a laminated instruction sheet to go with it plus I'm going to attach a cable to the Main battery switch Key so it doesn't get lost. Gauge on left grey water gauge on right black water . So in my mind this is how it's supposed to work.

1. Turn on main power switch.
2. Switch 1 opens black tank valve.
3. Switch 2 turns on black tank pump. When black almost empty go to step 4.
4. Switch 3 CLOSES valve on black tank vent.
5. Switch 4 pumps grey tank into black. 3&4 must be activated together.
When flow stops go to step 6.
6.Switch 2 off, switch 4 off.
7.Switch 5 on, opens valve for fresh water to backflush black tank valve, run for 10 seconds.
8.Close switch 1.
9.switch 2 on, flush fresh water until clean runs out discharge hose, when clean close hand valve at end of hose pressurizing hose.
10.all switches EXCEPT main Battery to off.
11.Press button on hose reel roll up hose.
12.open valve to release pressure in hose.
13.Main Battery switch off. close panels

I know it seems like a lot

I think I have the iPad figured out, join photobucket & upload your photos to that, tap what photo you want to put on here after it goes to next page go to image bar on Rt & highlight entire box, it only worked for me by moving the curser all the way to left then tapped on select all then open skoolie site & paste to comment box.
