Here are a few interior pics.

No CDL required. It's under 26000 GVW.

The majority of events that we do require a temporary health permit for that event. We have been inspected in two different cities for events already and passed with no issues. Since we are just doing shaved ice, the requirements are fairly simple. Click image for larger version

I've been considering one of those for years, but it would require me getting up early everyday.
