I may be in luck. Got a call back from a location not far from where I'm currently parked. $450/mo, water & elec. Not great, but not bad, either!

Dude, That sucks.
Most I've heard of anyone paying around here is like a hundo a month.

Sorry sir, we can only take it day by day and look ahead before we get there? Ain't no tellin what's actually there ?
Keep pushing and you will find what you want.
My dream of 15-years isn't there yet but the bus is a part of the dream and all we can do is try.
Day by day
Keep it going and it will happen.
My dream on hold
I have two teenage boys that want vehicles and my dream for that was to find something that needs work and teach/help them to work on it.
My oldest just got his license and is mad at me because I sold my old truck because he just new it was his. He never expressed any love or help when I busted my but to work on it? But it wasn't a new driver truck anyway (81 chevy short bed,396 out of a 68 impala and a 3 on the tree changed to a slap shift and got about 8-mpg) he just new it was his? Man walked up and offered almost double of what I had in it, minus the sweat and tears of course and I needed the money. Now I need something for my 15 and 16 year old and want a single cab truck to work on? My neighbor has a neon for 300 and says it just needs a head gasket? With an aluminum head that has been used and abused.
I can get it but I wanted my boys in a single cab truck to limit the seats and kick me in the butt I had an old truck I bought for 600$ because I needed a ride and worked on it every night to get me to work everyday and the boss paid the gas bill.

And "creations" like this, is it any wonder finding insurance is getting impossible?

This bus makes the 60's and 70's creations look professional.
