Re: Smitty's Bus

Dang! You've finished what would take me about 7 years to do. I think much faster than I work. My rate of work is about 6 boards per day, but that is because in the past I have been working in old houses that aren't square anymore, and every board needs 27 angle cuts that need to be measured 3 times each. I guess that's good practice for someday working on a bus with round corners. And where did I put down that tool that I was carrying around?

Great job, keep it up. The fish must really be calling your name!

Smitty- how are you routing your gas line, and where are your tanks? I'm just curious about the vert. pipe in the pic, and where it leads.

Your patience and planning is sure paying off. That's going to be one styley ride when you're done.
As an aside, I share your opinion on smoking. This world's become such a toxic **** pit in many regards ('scuse my French), that it pisses me off when "they" do the bait 'n' switch and try and tell me my cigs are the problem, as in banning public smoking when there are 100's of thousands of cars driving and idling around the same space that I'm forbidden to smoke in, and the coal-fired electric plant's off in the horizon, and on and on... but my little stick of tobacco is now deemed of satan.
Sorry, had to get that off my chest!

Ha, well opinions aside I just don't want you dying on me and leaving all these buses with no wisdom and leaving your bus un-finished!

Hey Smitty (or should I call you Neon Moon?) Are you posting pics of your bus over on Escapees just to make the sticks-N-staples guys jealous? Or are you trying to convert them to skoolies?
