Unofficial height.....12'6" (which is close)

Well that means you have at least another 12 inches to build up! Plenty of room for a party platform.

That's one beautiful bus, Smitty. I'll bet you grin from ear to ear when you stand back and look at it. Top notch work, Captain.

Smitty-
I don't know where all you're planning on going in your bus, but you strike me as someone who might take it pretty far off the beaten path, so... I'd suggest you evaluate how susceptible your camera, and any other high up, potentially kind of fragile things (maybe antennae), might be to getting whacked by tree limbs. I've had my marker light covers ripped off before, and that pissed me off. I imagine if I had my camera/other cool, somewhat expensive stuff damaged, there'd be a small outpouring of obscenities. It wouldn't be hard to rig an enclosure of some sort, if necessary.

Don't forget to take that rear step off while you are driving. You will drag it. My step has hit ground and it's not as far back as yours.

How can you stand all that stupid laughing. They laugh at anything and everything. No matter if it's funny or not. Non-stop. Are they trying to convince us that they are funny?

I wouldn't give my hughesnet to my worst enemy. I have been trying to get out of my contract for over a year. Nothing but problems. Not to mention the humongusly ugly dish on the side of my house. It make the Sat. TV dish look attractive. Just so happens my bus is parked under it, The pics give you a little size ratio comparison if it was mounted on a bus some where But if that is your only option, you gotta do, what you gotta do.

Is it me or is it you? I don't hear them laughing. Do you hear them laughing even after you go to another scree? Do you hear them laughing even when you have turned off the computer?

Re: Smitty's Bus
Smitty, are you happy with the paint so far? You used exactly what I plan on using (valspar tractor and implement, which I think is all TSC carries), so I am curious how durable it seems. I am planning on using the hardener. In your pics it looks really nice and glossy, too. Is that the case? I'm getting close to that part and am curious about your satisfaction level.

He's not happy with the paint. Honestly. I'm shipping him a funky shade of pink to pinstripe the baby.

Re: Smitty's Bus
I like the muffler idea! I see you used black iron pipe. What kind of muffler is that and how did you attach the pipe to the muffler?
