What part of houston you in? I live in Hempstead/work in cypress. I'm "well equiped" tool/skill wise and happy to trade out help for help or help for helicopter rides

It even comes with the underlayment already attached. It really pays to check out the clearance sections of the big box stores. You never know what you'll find.
Awesome score!!!

I live on the NW side right near Willowbrook Mall (FM1960 & Hwy. 249). And my bus will be housed just a few miles down the road while I do the conversion. Most definitely would be willing to trade help for help. But no can do with chopper rides any more, sorry. I retired from the PD 15 years ago and now flying is only a fond memory .

Man I wish. Woke up at 4:00am this morning thinking about it. Is supposed to be delivered here approx. 10am Sat morning. I'm so damn excited it's driving me crazy.....lol.

First thing is to take all new measurements on Sunday to see how accurate our interior floor plans are or where we have to make modifications. Then next weekend I'll start the demo by ripping the old floor out first to look for any rust on the steel floor. Treat any rust, and then put down new insulation and OSB plywood. Then the next step is to remove the side and ceiling panels.

If I can get done early Sat with taking the bus delivery person to the airport I could come and help you. I'll pm you my phone number.

I'm still hoping my side panels and ceiling is phillips heads and not rivets but won't know till I see it.

Appreciate the offer but I must decline, company coming from out of town. Once it gets a bit cooler we're gonna have to swap out some weekend workdays though
