Such Great Heights

Thought I would finally start my build thread. Finally done with demo. Could use some feedback on the roof rack. How high iff the top are you mounting your solar panels? If I measure from the center of the bus to the top of the strut it's 3.5 ". It just looks really high up. Thoughts

You are doing it wrong.
In the first pic, the roof rack goes on top of the bus and the wheels go on the bottom.

Yes, i am that guy.

So I decided to cut 2" off each bracket. Now it sits 1.5" off the center.

I also don't know why it keeps flipping my pictures. I even tried flipping it prior to uploading and it still flips it.
