Re: The Black Plague II (The new Jacuzzi Bus)
I like the new video a lot, Jason. It reminds me a little of some of the good times I've had with my bus. I never much cared for Nickelback (not even a little), but that song is cool. It's a big leap from some of their other stuff. The music video is just fantastic (come on...it has Uncle Ted in it) and your personal movie reminded me a lot of it. What video software do you use?

Re: The Black Plague II (The new Jacuzzi Bus)
i use windows movie maker, and i think it's a great program. I sped up the photos a lot, i thought it was too boring when it was slower.
here is the long slow version just for skoolie.net

Duuuuuuuuude! Knight Rider! I thought my phone was ringing because I had the volume turned down low enough that I couldn't tell where it was coming from.

Re: The Black Plague II (The new Jacuzzi Bus)
started an ebay ad for the bus....sort of
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...B%2B%26fvi%3D1
it;s actually an ad for one of my temporary tattoos. it's purpose is to gain exposure for the bus the week before i list the actual bus.

Re: The Black Plague II (The new Jacuzzi Bus)
NICE! I like how you got a shot of your G/F's sandals in there. You know... in case anybody with a foot fetish is interested in your bus! I sell used womens sandals on E-bay. I go to garage sales and find some good, dirty worn out flip flops or sandals for a buck or so. Then I have my wife model them for the camera with an ankle bracelet and some toe rings and put em on E-bay. They'll go for up to $80 sometimes. There's lots of people with foot fetishes on E-bay. Of course then you get E-mails from people who want to buy used panties, but you can't sell that stuff on E-bay. So, you do it under the table. 5 pairs of used panties for $100. I'll throw in a 6th so they're happy. What they don't know is that I go to Wal-Mart, buy 6 pairs of panties and bring em home. I then stuff them down my pants and go mow the lawn or something to work up a sweat. They are none the wiser. Anyways, sorry to get off topic here, but I thought I'd throw that out there for people who like to sell stuff on E-bay. Looks like the bus is pretty nice! Let us know when it's on E-bay. I want to watch.

Re: The Black Plague II (The new Jacuzzi Bus)
The bus should officially go on sale thursday evening on ebay.
we have one more day of hard work to finish the cabinets, then thursday to finish up just a few odd and ends and she'll be ready to go....FINALLY!
I bet we've put between 150 and 200 man hours worth of labor into the bus just since gettign home from burningman. We basically built a new bus from the ground up. About the only thing i didn't change was the ceiling, and the stereo system. I did spend a LOT more money than i planned in the past month, but it's worth it. She's shining like a gem now.
There were quite a few projects i finished and though "why didn't i do it this way 3 years ago!" Now the bus is in perfect condition and i don't even get to enjoy it.
