I'll be working on it this weekend. I haven't had a lot of time this week to make progress. I think I've found the solution to the rear end cap and how to make it complete again - I've cut the strangely shaped arc corner pieces to mate up and form the corner.

It's also possible I may be picking up the sheet metal for the sides, not sure yet. I basically need approximately 70 linear feet of 20 gauge sheet metal, that's a lot of steel!

Here is the outside of the endcap as it is mostly done. It seems to take a long time, but really I have only worked on it a few hours here and there.

Left curved side is fixed with vhb tape and is ready for rivets right side is sort of flapping in the breeze before I pinned it into location.

Second photo shows what the interior looks like.
