Got some packages today - why, it must be a Major award! It said "fragile", that must be Italian.

EBay search for rv windows all the time. A bunch came up that were the same, and the right dimension to fit between the bus ribs that I wanted to place them at. (The ribs have varying dimensions between them)
The windows don't have trim rings which makes them much cheaper. This means fab your own rings or fasten externally. Since the wall thickness is 3.5", there are no trim rings that deep so its fine.
These particular windows were about $55 each + a bunch of shipping cost. Pricing will vary a lot.
I'd suggest keeping an eye open long term, and try to match stuff like the shade and manufacturer where possible.

Looks good but it needs some spikes sticking out to hold the meat in place so it won't get ruined by going under the bus.

Expanded steel mesh to support the slab of deer, maybe some sort of actuator rod and handle attached to the door opening air ram.
I'm sure I could rig up some fuel atomizers and igniters for extra diesel fuel spraying out the front. If it sticks out far enough I can just lean forward from the driver's seat to check how well it's cooked.
A little bit of barbecue sauce in the washer bottle and I'll keep one of the wiper motor access doors to slather on the sauce - I'm good to go.

I figured you would want to balance the weight on the bus in a practical
manner like putting an oven back in the engine compartment to compensate
for the heavy front bumper. You could make an insulated enclosure for the
turbo and pipe some of the heat over to the oven with a thermostatically
controlled butterfly valve. This would allow you to set the temperature on
the oven and with proper planning have hot meat available when you arrive
without that nasty diesel after taste. Also an insulated Turbo boosts power
and fuel mileage as a side benefit.

Idunno, even as a kid I've been one to empty the entire bottle of lighter fluid onto the webber because I liked the smell of the napatha, and the 10 foot tall fwoosh.
But I like where you're going with this. Perhaps some bleed air from a holset HX60 can be used to drive both the rotissarie motor, as well as the jerkey dryer.
