Thanks, I hope they don't look out of place when I'm done. hard to picture them when holding them against the old windows and picture the old windows not there.

I'm sure they'll look good. If you can get the top one tucked up under the roof ledge it'll help keep it from leaking. Also, I had bought some black butyl tape that I used on my RV windows. It sucked. The white stuff worked way better. I ended up using roof and gutters sealant in the caulking tube after install to ensure no leaks.

OMG, started to cut up the bus today. Cutting the ribs out of two windows to mount the RV bunk windows.

Thanks, now I have to find a way to repair the lower corner of the window skins. International has that pesky reveal and I can't skin below the rub rail without having a horizontal seam. I could buy a full International 3 window skin (4' x 7'), for $180. But I don't need the reveal above the rub rail.
It was hard to cut a section of rib out without going through the skin.

Man those look awesome!

Perfect execution. I'm going for something similar in the shorty where we'll have a bunk bed.

Thanks, I think I will replace the short rib sections between the windows with more 1-1/4" tubing. The other side I will assemble the whole section on the floor, weld it , then fit it in the wall. I think I can do a cleaner install that way.

So I go out today and work a bit on the windows on the other side. Taking my time and thinking will leave me with a cleaner install than the other side. I was going so well, decided to knock off before having to do the custom trim of the skin so I don't have square corners showing. I get the top window section made and installed and welded in place. I go to the other side to take a measurement and realize, looking through the bus, and realize things don't look lined up. WTF, I installed it one window too far forward. Now I have to cut it out and move it back and replace the rib I cut out. I'll get a section of rib from the rear window to replace it with.

The front window I cut by mistake is not a big deal as that window was a delete item anyways as the shower or fridge will go there and not have a window behind it. If I'm careful, the rub rail section I need to cut here will be just long enough to splice in across the E Door delete.

How tall will your doors/opening be?

Assuming your bike[s] will fit inside?

Lookin' good so far.

The door opening will be right at 58". The Triumph is only 41" and the Harley is smaller. So no issue fitting bikes, I'm trying to have enough headway to keep from taking off your head riding a bike into the garage. I'm sure you will need to duck, but not as much as you would on a 53' opening.
