I have digital copies of the engine manual for the 466E. Good luck finding anything on the body, I've yet to find anything from anywhere.

I would also test your coolant or replace it ASAP, mine had deteriorated and ate through my cylinder liner o-rings and now I'm in the middle of an inframe rebuild. The 466 is known for that if you don't keep up on cooling system maintenance

The coolant looks bright green.. At least what I pulled from the rear heater. I plan on doing all fluid changes and filters once I get more into the build.. I also will need new tires.... Get everything done at once. Do you happen to have a link for a copy of the engine manual?

Get yourself some HD coolant test strips - they test pH, strength and nitrites. That will tell you whether to change the coolant or not. Have you changed the coolant filter yet, or added more SCAs? It's not a guessing game! It's the same for engine oil and transmission fluid - a fluid analysis will tell you if you need to change them or not, plus a lot more besides.

Looks like you've gotten a lot done. How bad has the floor patching been?

Not bad. Just taking one area at a time... So I don't feel overwhelmed. I'm going to start on the other areas this week.. Once that's done.. We start to build it out..

Looks good. I have a 2000 RE Amtran, kids have the seats loose but my goal is to really start on it next year. My project list is already overflowing this year. Mean while, I'm just planning and stocking up supplies.
