LuckyCHow,

I don't have the money at this time for the DeWalt 20v impact driver. They do make a impact driver for my Milwaukee 12v system minus the battery for $79.00. I may give that a try.

The DeWalt delivers 1400 lbs torque, the Milwaukee 850. Hopefully that will be enough.

Re: The Journey Visvi 1999 Thomas MVP ER

Hey, I'm single and don't have a life. What else am I doing to do with my time.

I found out that all the county school buses need to be inspected by the end of July. They cannot get me in until August 1st. There won't be much I can do until then.

I will finish getting the sheet metal out from the interior and ripping up the floor. I'm not sure what else I can do.

That is a chunk right there! Otherwise just focus on maintenance stuff. That will give you time to plot

Hey bansil,

I hope all my bad Karma is gone now, I'm legal. The "alternately flashing lights " has been removed, seats out and she has been painted.

Re: The Journey Visvi 1999 Thomas MVP ER

amazed at what you got done I was happy to get 1/3 of the roof sanded and painted on friday after work (so driverside looks painted) and I finished up the 1/3 on passengerside on sunday afternoon after rain stopped
I now have to sand and paint the middle 30inches,,,she look's like a skunk on top but 50 feet away(known distance at most campgrounds, she looks good)

keep up the pace!!

Nice job. The new paint makes the bus look ten years newer. Keep up the good work!

Re: The Journey Visvi 1999 Thomas MVP ER

I plan to post detail like "The Millicent Chronicles; two foot roof raise, big tailgate".

But only 10 inches to a foot. My friends think I'm crazy, we will see. I either will have more space or a large convertable.
