Bus update
Hey everyone!
Back from 4 weeks of work and travel in China... less than 36 hours after I got home, I headed to Orlando to meet up with EastCoastCB (Charlie) and his gorgeous girl and friends to see Steve Winwood... fantastic concert, but boy did my jet lag kick my butt after that!
Now my son is back in town and helping on the bus. I've made some changes, even from when I was with the wonderful Dredman (he can tell you how indecisive I am, LOL).
So here's the link to my updated blog... my son will be working on the bus again on Sunday - Wednesday, so hoping the bathroom will be near completed by then!

Yup... feel like we're making progress. I have guests coming on Thursday, so we are going to try to bang out at least one of the couches this weekend, too Poor boy had no idea what he was getting into

Its always so nice to see you, Sandi!
No one else I've ever know travels like you do, I fly to Denver and I need six joints immediately to recover LoL.
Man, Steve put on a hell of a show, and he's what- 70?
We're having a get-together in september, if you're not off somewhere far away!

It looks like you don't love flying as much as I do... the minute I'm seated, I become totally relaxed.
Steve is 69 and still has it!! What a fun concert! Thank you so much for thinking of me!
I hope the get together in September is AFTER I get back from Mozambique! I plan on being home about 10 days and then pulling up stakes and taking this bus on the road for 2 years!!! I am SO EXCITED! I arrive home from Mozambique on Sept 19th. Anyway, if it's before I'm ready to head north, I'll come up there for a night before I hit the road, anyway... I'm sure John wouldn't mind
Looking forward to seeing you guys again!

Thanks! Almost ready to hit the road... I have a 4 week holiday in Europe with my grandgirlie, Sadie (June) and then Mozambique (Aug/Sept) and then I am on the road in the skoolie. Trying to get things done before trips!

How about the weekend of Sept 29 - Oct 1? I get back from Mozambique on Sept 19th and that gives me 10 days to pack up the bus and hit the road.

Looks awesome. We are planning on utilizing the wheel well in our shower as well but wasnt sure exactly how. We have a florida skoolie too (or will have one, its still just a bus as of right now for the most part) lol.

It's going to be a wee bit smaller than I wanted, but that's the trade-off to have my massive king-sized mattress, so no regrets. I look forward your build!

There has been magic happening on the Wanderlust bus while I've been on a 28 day backpacking trip with one of my grandkids, through Europe. My son, daughter and son-in-law have been working on that. So I'm going to share some of the photos starting with the last photo Nick sent me about an hour ago. I'm home from my month-long trip on Wednesday and cannot wait to see the results.
Stone shower floor in..
Shitty internet at our hotel here in Paris... more pics to come!
Ciao!
