Nice job. I'd love to do the same.

Out of curiosity what is the length of your bus. Looks a lot like my 26'r but appears to have fewer windows.

Mine is also 26' long. That's bumper to bumper. Did yours have a handicap lift?

I would go for it noobie, sealing is no big deal. You will have to reseal stuff every couple, five years or so, whatever it is...

I put tar under the esastomaric...and the way I designed that system it's always in the shade under the deck, so no UV wear and tear...

Yes, but my lift is behind the rear axle. The entire floor has L-track. Love the tinted windows.

Hi Scootie!

I just wanted to chime in and say that I love your bus. I am looking for one pretty much exactly like it body-wise. Even down to the side door placement. I heard the engine in (most?) TC2000's is not good for a bus - more of a pickup truck. The Cummins 5.9L I believe. I'm looking at Thomas' Saf-T-Liner, and the All American as alternatives (though I don't think they come as short?).

May I ask where you got your bus, and how much you paid for it? How many miles are on it ?

And, I'd love to see an update of where you're at with it now!

Enjoy your Skoolie

-Chris

Oh no! Did you first paint the welds with proper paint before spraying the rubber under-coating? I ask because I put the rubber under-coating directly over the cleaned welds in the wheel wells of my bus and the rust is seeping through the under coating. Apparently it isn't a proper anti-rust product...

Great looking rig, by the way. Those flat nosed short buses are tops..
