my bus has curved walls what is the best way to get the shape of the curve to transfer to the lauan.

There's a thread there mostly focused on creating a template for the curve of the roof, but the ideas there could probably be applied directly to making a template to match the wall as well.

That profile scriber The Nebuchadnezzer linked to looks handy! The job can be done without that, of course, though the tool might speed things along.

you could get a wheel with a bering in it and a sharpie to do something similar. but that seems like a good use of $23 assuming you don't have a wheel with a bering large enough to slip a sharpie into.
