Membership Requirement

Just a thought>>>> As I have been getting re-energized for working on my skoolie after an 18 month hiatus, I find myself lookig for where others are located. Much to my suprise, most people don't have a location identified in their profile.

I suggest that perhaps at least the state should be mandatory for all new members, and perhaps this be a nudge to those existing members that do not.

I would be helpful to share knowledge, parts, beer, etc... one on one.

State location would be nice. You can always change it... I know I have more than once.

I completely understand privacy, but the state should be no big deal. If they lie it's their loss.

LOL Though I did look to see where she's from, it wouldn't matter. I don't think the wife would let me go.

Seriously though, there are others who ask about where to look for a bus or parts or a good price. Without knowing where they are it's almost mute to suggest.

Additionally, I would love to pick up some of the discards people have when doing a conversion like heaters, doors, glass, etc....

Or get that extra set of skoolie-experienced eyes on the plan -before- you do something you can't undo ...
