Needed advice!!

I went and checked out a 2002 skoolie today that appears to have some rust on the underneath. Doesn’t look that bad but was hoping to get some feedback as to whether or not it looks repairable.

Other details:
- 115k miles
- Running water
- Air/heat
- 2 bedrooms
- 1 bathroom

It’s going for 10k

Thanks in advance for all of your help!!
