You found it! I was about to re-post the ad. With the new steers this week, I will be revising the ad some, and not as flexible on the price. Having recently seen rough ones for a little less, and showroom-looking specimens for much more, I think I have it priced right. It truly is a winner, and would absolutely keep it if there were another way to get an infusion of cash into the bus budget .

Thanks for the kudos on the Atomic, Crown_Guy! I am away from home until tomorrow, Monday, but would like to hear/discuss more . I have only moved it around the property so far, and am dying to take her out. It had been stored here, and I bought it from the owner's widow. After jumping through a few hoops, I got it registered in California, but don't want to rock the boat with my insurance company until the '83 is sold. My plan is for conversion, but keep it looking absolutely original on the outside.

I disagree...... I think you have it priced fairly.

If you had it priced "right", I would own it already...

I am a DD 2 stroke fan, LOVE the Crown's and when I saw that it has a 10 speed RR I started looking around for something to sell to raise $8800....

That is a really nice looking rig. Best of luck with the sale.

I only ask because I tend to collect cool old things and I usually like things in sets. It does look really really nice. 8800? based on others Ive seen, yeah dose not sound too far off. Makes me smile because it reminds me of how much of a steal I got mine for Yes the atomics are beautiful. I have seen a custom built one with coach style seating and overhead bins all from the factory built for a high school marching band I believe. Not a tandem, mid engine. Comes up on Ebay every once in a while. never seems to sell. The guy is asking 10k.
