as far as the bus.. what are the common issues with this bus, what should i look for?

How do i check the tires... how would i know if they need to be replaced?

its an 84 passanger.... how long is that bumper to bumber, anyone know the interior dimentions?

anyways anything you guys can help me out with.... oh what is the maintance like on one of these beasts? can i tow a 16 ft trailer with quads on it once i gut it?

3208 is a strong engine. Personally I think the inline 6 cylinder (3116) is better. But everyone has there opinions.

Is it a rear engine bus?

How is the tread on the tires? Is there any dry rot?

I believe the 84 passenger is just at 40 feet long.

I have an 84 passenger also. But I can't remember what the interior dimensions were.

You could EASILY tow a 16' trailer with ATV's on it.

Whats the mileage on it? First thing I would do after aquiring it, is change all the filters. Transmission, fuel, coolant, air. You might also want to do a coolant flush, transmission flush etc.. These are not like cars. They have a lot more fluid capacity which can get pricey.

Do some research. NAPA usually carries filters for these applications.

The rear engine buses are GREAT for conversions. They ride very nicely and are quiet. Almost like a coach bus.

Keep us posted and get some pics up if possible!

Welcome and good luck!
