A deal on some sheet metal in Houston

Hey Houston area Skoolies --- Just had a chat (at a a bar) with a local fabricator who has a bunch of 4' x 10' 16 gauge hot rolled sheet metal for sale at a bargain basement price and wanted to pass it along. The guys name is Gary at Modern Alchemy and he has a boatload of 16 gauge, hot rolled sheets 10' x 4' for...$30 bucks a sheet. Yes, some surface rust but at that price a major deal. I have no interest in the material other than passing the info along to folks who might need it. If it is OK with the Moddies, here is his contact info (just wish he'd had this stuff a year ago!)...
