Advice! Before I pull the trigger...

So I'm deciding btwn a few bus shells to build a mobile music studio home with a 1-car 16' garage in the rear. I've decided that I want a flat front FR. Thru research I've seen that the diesel engines to go with for serviceability and cost-efficiency are Cats and International. Bluebird 89-98's and Thomas TL960's are on my radar at this point since it looks like I'd get the most square footage out of them. I'd like to raise the ceiling up as I saw in this video so I don't feel like I'm in a bus lol:

If anyone has any helpful info, I'd appreciate it. I'm not looking to do the majority of the work myself so I'd like to be hooked up with a dedicated person who has experience in building these conversions, weld, visualize with me, and build to my specs & needs.

Thanks in advance!
