Airbags and suspension drops

I am considering fabricating some drop mounts for my leaf springs and rearching them and then adding airbags like the kits they sell for RVs, semis etc. this way I could lower the bus for highway cruising reducing the amount of air that gets under the vehicle, while still being able to raise it back up for around town back roads and logging roads. Has anyone done this or anything like it?

I have rear air suspension now and am looking to modify it.

Did you end up putting in your system?
