Aren't the seats supposed to be hard to get out?

Mine are held down by large self tapping screws with nice hex heads. So far my little battery powered impact is zipping them out. I guess I got lucky since I saw other people's posts using grinders and all that. That's ok, this bus has other 'issues'.

Mine are bloted through the floor. Since I'm doing it myself and my arms arn't long enough. Out comes the grinder. I wish they were self tapping.

Still not sure if I'm going to do the project or not but for now I'm just taking out all the stuff I know I don't want or need and selling or scrapping it. I got $175 today for the radiators (scrap) that I got out of the old a/c system. I still have a bunch of steel to scrap and I will scrap the seats too if I can't sell them. I put them on craigslist, not real hopeful on that but you never know!

I'd guess most of our buses are worth more in scrap than they are on the road. The question is do you want a skoolie?
