Best time to install electrical

Hi all,

If I'm running a 1kW solar system complete with charger, monitor, batteries, inverter, some 120v wall outlets, etc etc ... what is the best time set all of this up?

After insulating and tiling the floor, before or after insulating the walls, before or after framing? Sorry, noob question, but figured you all have learned from experience.

We were going to put our solar panels on the roof, batteries ,charge controller and inverter outside under the bus on a frame welded on next to original battery box. Monitor inside.

I think this was husbands plans soon as son could help.
