black/grey tank size/dimensions instal?

Hello, I recently picked up an 91 TC2000 and found some 36 gal tanks online. Currently I am thinking a tailgate/limo bus type floorplan w/ the head in the back. At first I may use a urinal (which will need a tank) and a porta potti. Fresh water tanks, toilet, and maybe shower installs are down the road.
I have a few ?s
I've noticed many pics here of level, rectangular tanks w/ no pitch. Do these drain okay?
Will the instal of sloped tanks be much harder to do w/ angle iron, thread all, and plywood?
Do u think 36gal is ok for 4 adults for 4 days or 15 adults for 8 hrs? I can fit longer tanks but these r $70 delivered and the bigger ones i've seen are more $.
