Around as in miles or on the street with traffic? Was the bucket held down some type of way?

What could I do??
You got rid of the entire seat? Mounting base and everything? Was it an air ride seat?

Just around the back roads of apopka.
One trip to the truck stop for some fuel, IIRC.
I've even went without the bucket but I'm good at Slavic-style squatting...

Nah, didn't hold the bucket down. The bucket was more secure and ergonomically shaped than most factory school bus seats lol.

Got rid of it all. No air ride. The seat was horrible, extremely uncomfortable. Drove from Mississippi to Houston on that thing smh

Thanks to everyone who suggested using a lawn chair, it worked! And I wasn't sliding all over the place like I thought I would lol. I used a zero gravity chair that i had and it was much more comfortable than the original stock seat

Got pulled over buy a cop because I had no plates, tags or anything and the title was in storage. Surprisingly he let me go! Shocked the hell outta me. He even saw the lawn chair lol

Oh, I almost paid over $400 to get it towed smh

That's the first time I've heard of anyone in a school bus getting pulled over for no tags! I drove mine for 400 miles without any, and took shortest route (through cities, no interstate) all the way. Several times, I had police behind/beside me - no issues.
Now what really surprises me is he let you go with the lawn chair!!

Cool story - happy ending!!

Yea, I think when he was passing by he looked through the bus door and saw me sitting on that lawn chair because after that he slowed down and and I knew it was bad.
