Cabinet latches. Product suggestions/ideas

Hola all! I'm at the stage of finishing my cabinets. I want them to latch, not use magnetic catches. The problem is, the nice push-button latches are damned expensive! $20 per cabinet door seems a bit much. I was wondering if others have come across affordable, durable and nice looking push-button style latches, or any other styles that work well.

So far I've found the following:

Sugatsun PKL-08 latches

These are nice, but $17 each on eBay.

Sea-Dog push button latches 22300-1

Also can be found for around $17.

I also found the style as seen in this video for sale, but I lost the page:

The fact that they need to be opened up to latch well, though, is a concern. I would stay away from those ones.

Dang it.. If I would have planned to have the cabinet doors flush with the face frames like this

then I could have used cheap latches like these:

Sort of related.. This page has a bunch of cabinet related terminology: http://www.cabinettreeinc.com/Glossary.htm

A good, well-built inset door has 1/8" MAXIMUM gap between the door and the stile.
