Can anyone recommend bypass diodes?

Current solar system:
6 230w 10.5V 30A panels (no that's not a typo)
Wired as three sets of two panels in series, each 2 panels feeding one 30A pwm controller
3 30A pwm controllers feeding one battery bank
4 12v wet cell deep cycle group 29 (~130ah each) wired all in parallel
Running on an 1100w modified sine inverter piece of crap.

I want to switch up my system to 24v with all 6 panels wired in series but I don't want to kill the whole string of one gets shaded so I need to install bypass diodes. Can anyone recommend a type/size?

The upgraded system will switch to a 40A MPPT controller and an 1800w pure sine inverter. Apparently the MPPT can convert all those excess bolts to charging amps.

Our current system must have some sort of problem somewhere because even with a full charge it has a hard time running a mini fridge all night. The inverter cutoff trips from the peak wattage of the fridge (550w peak and 100w running). Really a pain in the ass when over 400ah of batteries should run it for ages.

I would not use gr 29 batteries (basically is a 31), but 8d size deep cycle and more than 4. Besides a frig, there is all the iights, tv, etc for a long time draw down at night.

I know they are not optimal but they are what we have so we are sticking with them. We do not use the tv and the lights are only 12 watts total. Computer is 60w but that's literally all we run.

Wouldn't a 230W panel of only 10.5V have diodes already? (That's a VERY strange configuration of panel.) Assuming each cell is half a volt, you have groups of 21 cells in parallel? I'm thinking there already are diodes there - have you looked inside the cable box on the backside of the panel?

These panels at 20+ years old. Originally rated at 250w 30A 10.5V

No diodes. But what I'm talking about are the bypass diodes that I can install in between the panels to route the power around a shaded panel when they're all in series.

And yes I know they are not anywhere near the same batteries. But they are physically in my bus, recently purchased for a decent amount of money, and I am not changing them until it's time. Then perhaps my budget will permit the fancy efficient kind.
