Can Henry's SolarFlex be painted over/ clear coat?

I'm about to paint my roof white with Henry's SolarFlex. I am reading other posts stating that the elastomeric paints collect and hold road dirt. Is it possible to paint over a "rubber" elastomeric paint and/or clear coat it?

Bus Kote apparently can be, but I imagine SolarFlex is somewhat different.

I also have the magic ceramic beads but am thinking I am not going to use them... I came across that post testing the beads and they were no better than white paint itself.
