can my bus be used as generator?

i have an electric box in engine compartment with run / stop switch and ports where wires could be ran in and out of. is this some sort of switch over to a generator setup?

Our buses (RE200 and 3000) have a maintenance panel in the back that also overrides the front controls (when set). It's primarily a safety device so that someone doesn't jump into the driver's seat and takes off while people are working inside the engine bay.

Also makes for a great security device, because it disables the front controls

Not as it is, but if you added a high idle function and a 75 Kw generator head.....
now i know it wasn't the answer you were looking for but it is an answer
