Cool Can you squeeze me in?

There was/is a reference book that told you which car or truck would fit on different chassis. You could build you ride on whatever chassis fit your needs. Is there anything like that for busses, or do you just have to go by wheelbase, and fab it to fit. I crave an older style bus, and would want to transplant it onto an updated chassis. Am I totally off my rocker?

The thing is, Bus and Truck chassis have had a pretty standardized width for AGES (34", I believe). So you wouldn't really need to swap out the frame rails necessarily as long as the old ones are still in good shape. If it were me, I'd just find a wreck with the drivetrain I want and just swap everything over. If I were going to do this, I might be inclined to find a bigger engine than the common DT466 or 8.3 Cummins.
