Can't fully shut entrance door

When we turn on the engine and use the air pressure to shut the door it closes perfectly but when we want to close it manually it doesn't want to fully shut which makes us lose a lot of heat, and it's very cold out here.

Anyone who recognizes this problem or knows a solution?

I have installed a handle on each door to help pull them shut, then an MC tie down strap to pull tight from the hinge on the dog house to the handles.

I added a pull handle and one of these at the top



I pull door tight and flip the lock (verticle mounted, so gravity will unlock it if not "turned to lock")
